Crystal Dubose is a licensed social worker with her MBA in Health Care Administration. She is currently the acting director of Care Management for Our Lady of Lourdes Women's and Children's Hospital. This is how she came to know Reecie Gilmore and her work with grieving families of Acadiana.

She says in her own words, "As a mother of two sons, my heart breaks each time my team works with a family as they tell their child goodbye. This is a pain no family should bare. Reecie has helped many along with their grief journey and in watching her work, my belief in the vision and mission of TRG has grown. TRG will not only ensure that our families never walk their grief journey alone, but we will work to prevent unnecessary childhood deaths from happening. Louisiana is a beautiful place, filled with loving and beautiful hearted people. TRG is another light of hope shared with and by many families of Acadiana. I am honored to be part of an organization that will touch so many lives in such a positive manner."
