.Kristen (Kris) Peltier is an active member of Latter & Blum, an industry leader, since 2005. She is currently a referral Realtor. Kris is a member of the National Association of Realtors and a multi-million-dollar producer. Kris has held numerous distinguished national designations over the years as well as production awards.

Kris holds a Bachelor of Art Degree with a Specialty in Advertising from the University of Louisiana in Lafayette. Graduating Cum Laude Honors from the University of Louisiana in Lafayette.  Kris is married to Byron Peltier. They have resided in Lafayette for over 38 years. Together they have 3 adult children and one granddaughter.

Service to her community has always been an important role in her life.  Kris was an actively involved member of her children’s’ educational community, serving as President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and various committees for the Parent Teacher Organization.  As an active member of her community Kris has served her church, St Pius X. Additionally, she has served as a volunteer with Maddie’s Footprints for 5 years.
