Brianna Latiolais is a mother of 3 adorable little boys, with one of them watching over her from Heaven. Her 2nd son Tripp was stillborn in 2016 just days before her due date. Maddie's Footprints, a local non-profit who supports grieving families due to pregnancy and infant loss, was there for Brianna and her family from day one. She still says to this day, "I'm not sure what I would do without my Maddie's Footprints family." Reecie Gilmore was one of many woman who stood by Brianna's side as she navigated her new life as a bereaved mother. She remains very close with Maddie's Footprints today, and is still a huge supporter through her annual Angel T Black Pot Cook Off, in memory of her son, Tripp Anthony Latiolais. "Through my journey with Maddie's Footprints, I have become very familiar and quite taken back with the amount of children that make their way to Heaven too soon, on a daily basis. So, when I heard that Acadiana now has The RescYou Group, to support families who are grieving children of an older age, I became overwhelmingly eager to be a part of this amazing cause as well. Losing a child at any age is an unimaginable pain that compares to no other. I wish I did not know it myself, but I am truly honored and blessed to help ease that pain for those who follow me in this journey..."
